As far as computer animation software goes, this product is just the best, as far as quality and price.

The first thing to mention is that IlusionMage’s creator is very passionate, and dedicated. He really over delivers.

Seth Avery had certainly put in tons of effort in putting together what I call the “Ultimate 3D Animation Kit”. It consists of an outstanding 3d animation software with video tutorials and guides.

I think the training is extremely important because I have tried plenty of other computer animation software packages which were very difficult to learn. Some software is just plain not user friendly and hard to master. I don’t have days or weeks to learn a piece of software, I don’t know about you. I am not even mentioning the expensive fees you pay with Maya or 3D Max

My verdict:

IllusionMage is made so the basement producers can create animations like the professionals at Pixar.

If you are a complete novice, in my opinion this product is the easiest way for you to start making computer animations. Avery’s training will guide you every step of the way.

Worth mentioning again, is that they offer a 60 day money back guarantee. You try IllusionMage without risk. Once you use the software, I think returning it will be the last thing on your mind. As far as I know this is the only computer animation software hat offers this no questions ask guarantee.

One drawback to this software;

Be prepared to spend some time on downloading the files, as they are huge. This is understandable, as the it is simply a large amount of information to be transferred. If you prefer, there is a physical addition available inside the members areas, it come in the form of a CD.

Is IllusionMage a worthwhile investment?

Honestly, I haven’t seen any 3D animation software with such features available at such a low price. Have you heard of a better value?

The quality of animations produced by this software is the best that I have ever seen…. and I almost forgot to mention one of the most important aspects of this software-the tutorials included. (will put you on the fast track)

There is a video lesson for every style of animation. Not all of the products similar to this one offers this.

Keyframing is just SOOOOOOOOO much easier in Anime Studio Pro 7. The bone system is more refined. The drawing tools aren’t as good as illustrator, but they arent as frustrating either, and with this latest version I am starting to need Illustrator less and less.

This is a wonder piece of software, but is not for the beginer. It is loaded with all the fueatures you would need to produce top noche 3d computer animations.

First understand that this is a 2d computer animation software, not 3d as is IllisionMage. While most of the comments were raving positive reviews some commentators felt that the software was limited and meant for beginners. If you are just starting out and you are looking for computer animation software to start a new hobby I think this software will foot the bill.
